The two waterproof rear panniers are manufactured at the German VAUDE company headquarters near Lake Constance with durable, PVC-free tarpaulin material for all world travel adventures. With a roll closure that allows you to customize the size of the bag and seal it so that it's water tight. An extra inside pocket makes it easy to store things separately. The bags are securely attached to the right and left sides of the rear gear rack with the QMR 2.0 system, which also allows for easy adjustment and quick on-and-off. With a bike lock, the set can be directly locked onto the QMR hook. With reflective elements. Included: two bags (pair). Some of the backpacks' product names include size information. The designation "M" stands for medium, i.e. a medium size. This medium size is universally suitable and is perfect for most users. "L" stands for Large, i.e. a large size, "XL" for Extra Large, an extra large size. If no specific size information appears in the product name, it is usually a standard size.

A few tips on choosing the right zip position: Right-handed people choose a sleeping bag with the zip on the left, as they can comfortably reach across the body to the zip with their right hand. Left-handed people choose a sleeping bag with a zip on the right so that they can easily reach the zip with their left hand. If you want to combine two sleeping bags, make sure you choose one with a zip on the right and one with a zip on the left. The choice of sleeping bag should also take into account the position of the tent entrance so that you can always get in and out comfortably.

How to measure correctly?

To ensure your VAUDE clothing fits perfectly, it is important to take your measurements correctly. Here's how:

Chest: Measure the circumference at the widest point of your chest – ideally while standing upright with your arms hanging loosely at your sides.
Waist: Measure the circumference at the narrowest point of your waist – usually just above the belly button.
Hips: Measure around your hips at the widest point of your buttocks.
Inseam: Measure straight down from the top of your inner thigh (crotch) to your ankle.

Warum schreibt man nicht direkt als erstes dick und fett drauf wie man den Klemmmechanismus öffnet? Nur weil ihr das Ding jeden Tag benutzt und es auswendig kennt gilt das nicht für jemanden der die neu kauft. Sind bestimmt super Taschen aber dafür habt Ihr 0 Sterne verdient.

Schlechte Qualität

Bei meinem Fahrradtaschen löst sich die Klebenaht obwohl die Fahrradtaschen wenig benutzt wurden und nie voll beladen wurden . Leider ist der Kaufbeleg nicht mehr auffindbar um die Taschen zu tauschen. Hatte mir eine größere Haltbarkeit erhofft.

Unglaubliche Qualität

Ich besitze die Taschen jetzt schon seit ca. 5 Jahren und hatte sie bisher über 250 Tage und zig tausende Kilometer in Gebrauch. Sie haben mich durch Europa, nach Afrika und Asien stets problemlos begleitet. Die vielen Rempler an Brückengeländern, Felsen und Hausmauern haben sie ohne Murren überstanden. Das einzige was es zu beachten gibt: Der Hartschalenrücken ist so hart, daß er sich in die Alugepäckträgerstangen frißt. Hier hilft es, die Gepäckträgerstangen mit Panzertape oder noch besser einem Gummi zu umwickeln. Danke für das super Produkt, ich habe festgestellt, daß es auch bei ausländischen Radfahrern, z. B. auf dem Pamir Highway, sehr weit verbreitet ist. Wohl nicht ohne Grund. Gut zu wissen, daß es auch Ersatzteile für die Aufhängung zu fairen Preisen gibt. Die habe ich zwar immer dabei, musste sie jedoch noch nie verwenden. Danke für das super Produkt, es hat uns schon viel Freude bereitet.

Leider nicht lange haltbar

Leute, ihr müsst unbedingt etwas an eurer Klebe oder Schweißtechnik ändern. Habe leider auch das Problem, dass sich nach nicht mal 4 Jahren die Nähte von alleine auflösen. Also in Sachen Nachhaltigkeit nicht zu empfehlen.

Es tut uns sehr leid, dass du Probleme mit deinen VAUDE Radtaschen hast!

Ab 2019 hat unser langjähriger Materiallieferant seine Produktion umstrukturiert, wodurch es vorübergehend und zunächst unbemerkt zu einer schwankenden Materialqualität kam. Diese Schwankungen haben immer wieder zu Problemen bei der Haltbarkeit von Schweißnähten geführt. Daraufhin haben wir den Materiallieferanten gewechselt und das Material umgestellt. Zudem wurden unsere Materialtests und Qualitätskontrollen erhöht. Nach vielen Test und ausführlicher Problemanalyse war das Ergebnis für die Serienproduktion zum Glück, dass es sich „nur“ um ein Problem mit einigen Chargen des alten Materials handelte und nicht etwa um eines, das den ganzen Fertigungsprozess (Technik, Maschinen, Personal) betraf.

Wir bieten auf unsere Radtaschen "Made-in-Germany" eine fünfjährige Garantie.
