Are returns free of charge?
No. You as the sender are responsible for the postage costs for returns.
How long can I return ordered products?
You can return unworn items to the respective partner within 21 days after receipt of the goods. Some of our webshop orders are delivered by retail partners - you can see from which partner you were delivered on the return/delivery bill.
Once we receive your return, processing and refund can take up to 14 days.
How do I return an item?
Please send your return to the retailer who supplied you. You can see which retailer has supplied you on the delivery and return bill.
Return - step by step
1. Pack the article:
Fill out the return bill with reason and quantity and put it in the package with the items.
Please order a parcel service of your choice for a fee. It is best to keep your receipt or the issued return receipt until we have confirmed receipt of your return via email.
How will I be notified that you have received the return?
You will receive an email from us as soon as we have received your return.
Can I exchange the product?
An exchange is not possible. However, if you like the product but want it in a different color or size, you must place a new order in the online store. In the online store you can see immediately whether the product is still available in your desired color and size. If you do not want the product, please return it to us.
How do I get a refund?
As a rule, you will be refunded within 14 days of receiving your return. You can only receive a full refund if all products are absolutely intact and in perfect, unworn condition. If the merchandise is used, worn, washed or damaged, there may be a deduction from the purchase price or there is no obligation to take the merchandise back.
