Where is my parcel? 
As soon as a shipment is on its way to you, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number of the shipment. You can track the delivery status online by clicking on the link in the e-mail and entering the tracking number of the shipment.

Once you have placed your order, we will deliver your package within 2-4 business days using standard shipping.

Why hasn't my order been shipped yet?
Please allow us some time to prepare your order for dispatch. We usually ship orders within 48 hours, but some orders may take longer.
