Saddle bags have become part of everyday life. Be it for shopping or commuting to work – a bike bag is not only essential for cycling trips, but also for leisure time activities too. Which bicycle bag for which activity?
Bicycle rack bags: all-rounders for everyday life and leisure time activities
Anyone who rides a bicycle on a daily basis usually opts for . They can be removed quickly, provide plenty of storage space and hardly affect the riding experience. Pannier bags with roll closures can be quickly accessed and slung around the shoulder using an integrated shoulder strap.

For trekking by bike or bikepacking, pannier bags are usually not enough. If you are on the road for a long time by bike, you’ll not only have your tent, sleeping bag and sleeping mat with you, but also food and other equipment needed for several weeks. Every centimetre of space on the bike must be used efficiently! In order to keep everything packed waterproof, VAUDE bike bags have integrated waterproof dry bags and they are made of water-repellent material or can be protected with additional rain covers.

Nevertheless, you should never be without a , because it can hold a spare tube, pump, tools, energy bars and a little change even in the tiniest of spaces.
