Please note that the repair process at VAUDE normally takes 10 business days, plus shipping; during peak periods, it may take longer. If you need help in the short term, please contact our dealer .

There are two ways to make use of our VAUDE repair service

  • If everything is in order, the repair will be carried out as quickly as possible.
  • After the repair, your item will be sent directly to your home and we will inform you by email when your repair has been dispatched.
  • Now you can enjoy your repaired item to the full again!

Use the repair service via the online repair portal
  • Open the VAUDE repair portal and record the repair as accurately as possible.
  • Please also upload the receipt or invoice.
  • You will be informed by e-mail about the registration and you will receive a process number
  • The VAUDE repair service team will carefully check whether there is a guarantee or warranty and whether the repair is possible.
  • You will be informed by email about the results and any costs incurred, and you will also receive a shipping label for your repair.
  • Now simply send in the repair
