A reliably warm women's parka with cuddly soft sherpa fleece on the collar and in the hood as well as an elegantly quilted, warmly padded inside. Soft ribbed cuffs keep the wind out on icy cold days and the drawstring on the hood encloses the head in storms and rain. The women's parka has a straight cut, but can be pulled together to fit the figure thanks to the drawstring at the waist. The spacious, practical slit pockets have a dual function: Small items and hands can be stowed independently of each other both from the top via the flap and in the side zipper pockets. The breathable, windproof and waterproof membrane and timeless look make this women's parka an urban winter companion for many years to come. This parka has been treated with Eco Finish, making it environmentally friendly and water- and dirt-repellent without the use of fluorocarbons (PFC). Some of the backpacks' product names include size information. The designation "M" stands for medium, i.e. a medium size. This medium size is universally suitable and is perfect for most users. "L" stands for Large, i.e. a large size, "XL" for Extra Large, an extra large size. If no specific size information appears in the product name, it is usually a standard size.

A few tips on choosing the right zip position: Right-handed people choose a sleeping bag with the zip on the left, as they can comfortably reach across the body to the zip with their right hand. If you want to combine two sleeping bags, make sure you choose one with a zip on the right and one with a zip on the left. The choice of sleeping bag should also take into account the position of the tent entrance so that you can always get in and out comfortably.

How to measure correctly?

To ensure your VAUDE clothing fits perfectly, it is important to take your measurements correctly. Here's how:

Chest: Measure the circumference at the widest point of your chest – ideally while standing upright with your arms hanging loosely at your sides.
Waist: Measure the circumference at the narrowest point of your waist – usually just above the belly button.
Hips: Measure around your hips at the widest point of your buttocks.
Inseam: Measure straight down from the top of your inner thigh (crotch) to your ankle.

Mein drei Jahre alter Manukau Parka (ii oder vielleicht i?) ist leider zwischen Tasche und Reißverschluss komplett gerissen durch Belastung. Habe ihn eingeschickt zum reparieren und weil das nicht ging, netterweise Ersatz bekommen. Dafür danke, aber an sich hätte ich viel lieber den alten behalten. Mir fehlen die zusätzlichen Taschen für die Hände, habe ich im Winter ständig genutzt und die unteren Taschen sind sowohl vom Winkel für die Hände als auch von der Fütterung kein Ersatz. Die Innentasche im neuen Modell ist ein Witz, was soll man da rein tun? Passt nicht mal eine Kreditkarte rein, geschweige denn Handy oder so, habe wirklich keine Idee wofür die gedacht ist. Nicht zuletzt war die Farbauswahl bei den vorherigen Modellen größer und m.M.n schöner, aber das ist ja immer Geschmackssache. Also, danke für den Ersatz, ich hätte genauer drauf gucken sollen, werde sie wahrscheinlich verkaufen.
