The 100% recycled Sympatex® membrane is completely waterproof and breathable, ensuring a comfortable microclimate for your feet, even when you're going all out. The durable upper of these eco-friendly bike shoes is made from 100% recycled polyester. The adjustable lace/velcro system provides perfect stability. Toe and heel caps provide additional stability and abrasion protection. The innovative sole made with 20% recycled rubber offers a high-traction profile that's perfect for wet weather, but also a high level of walking comfort thanks to the medium stiffness (V-Flow 5) of the sole, while ensuring efficient power transmission to the pedal. Some of the backpacks' product names include size information. The designation "M" stands for medium, i.e. a medium size. This medium size is universally suitable and is perfect for most users. "L" stands for Large, i.e. a large size, "XL" for Extra Large, an extra large size. If no specific size information appears in the product name, it is usually a standard size.

A few tips on choosing the right zip position: Right-handed people choose a sleeping bag with the zip on the left, as they can comfortably reach across the body to the zip with their right hand. Left-handed people choose a sleeping bag with a zip on the right so that they can easily reach the zip with their left hand. If you want to combine two sleeping bags, make sure you choose one with a zip on the right and one with a zip on the left. The choice of sleeping bag should also take into account the position of the tent entrance so that you can always get in and out comfortably.

How to measure correctly?

To ensure your VAUDE clothing fits perfectly, it is important to take your measurements correctly. Here's how:

Chest: Measure the circumference at the widest point of your chest – ideally while standing upright with your arms hanging loosely at your sides.
Waist: Measure the circumference at the narrowest point of your waist – usually just above the belly button.
Hips: Measure around your hips at the widest point of your buttocks.
Inseam: Measure straight down from the top of your inner thigh (crotch) to your ankle.

Sehr bequem und für das Fahrradfahren ausreichend steif. Ich fahre oft Touren mit 150 km pro Tag. Auf mehrtägigen Touren verwende ich sie auch, um abends damit zu Fuß zu gehen. Das klappt sehr gut, sie sind unauffällig und komfortabel. So lässt sich Volumen und Gewicht beim Gepäck sparen. Bei schmutzigen Straßen oder Kälte ziehe ich Vaude-Gamaschen drüber. Das hält die Schuhe sauber und leistet einen Beitrag für warme Füße. Haltbarkeit: Sehr gut. Ich hatte schon das Vorgängermodell und bin damit ca. 3 Jahre und 30.000 km gefahren. Service: Vorbildlich. Einmal ging eine Schraube der Halterung für das Klicksystem verloren - ich bekam sehr schnell Ersatz.

Not bad, but...

I have these a couple of months now, my first dedicated cycling shoes. Wanted something waterproof and alas, these aren't 'absolutely' waterproof. Rode home for 25 minutes in a typical Belgian rainstorm to find ( and feel ) wet spots around my little toe. I just check and have not found instructions for care and maintenance for these shoes, but a membrane should stop water ingress anyway, I'd think. Also, whilst the insoles are removable; the area around the heel isn't reinforced enough. Repeated inserting and removing of my orthopedic soles make the inner liner of the heel come loose. Doesn't change the fit and feel though, just makes it harder for the sole to come out. They fit well and accommodate my wide feet. Comfortable and in combination with Woolpower 200 socks I've not had hot feet. Can Vaude look into this?
