This product is certified by TÜV as Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). These reflective cuffs come as a pair and can double as wristbands thanks to their flexible Velcro closures. If you notice black spots on the reflective material in everyday use, this is not unusual. These are caused by persipation or skin oils and cannot be avoided.
