These stylish, well-designed bike shoes are the perfect companion for traveling by bike or day tours, all year round. They scores big in terms of sustainability: The durable outer material is made of 100% recycled polyester; the breathable inner lining is also made of primarily recycled material. When the ride gets tough, the mesh material of these eco-friendly bike shoes ensures adequate ventilation for your feet. The lace/velcro system can be adjusted more tightly or loosely, providing perfect stability. Toe and heel caps provide additional stability and abrasion protection. The innovative soles made of 20% recycled rubber offer great traction on the pedal, but they're also perfect for a walk after the ride. The medium stiffness (V-Flow 5) provides both efficient power transmission on the pedal and high walking comfort. A removable cleat cover makes these shoes compatible with most SPD clipless systems. The bike shoe has been treated with our PFC-free Eco Finish to make them water resistant and dirt repellent – even splashing water won't get your feet wet. The VAUDE Green Shape label stands for environmentally-friendly, functional products made from sustainable materials.

Backpack sizes

Some of the backpacks' product names include size information. The designation "M" stands for medium, i.e. a medium size. This medium size is universally suitable and is perfect for most users. "L" stands for Large, i.e. a large size, "XL" for Extra Large, an extra large size. If no specific size information appears in the product name, it is usually a standard size.

If you want to combine two sleeping bags, make sure you choose one with a zip on the right and one with a zip on the left. The choice of sleeping bag should also take into account the position of the tent entrance so that you can always get in and out comfortably.

How to measure correctly?

To ensure your VAUDE clothing fits perfectly, it is important to take your measurements correctly. Here's how:

  • Chest: Measure the circumference at the widest point of your chest – ideally while standing upright with your arms hanging loosely at your sides.
  • Waist: Measure the circumference at the narrowest point of your waist – usually just above the belly button.
  • Hips: Measure around your hips at the widest point of your buttocks.
  • Inseam: Measure straight down from the top of your inner thigh (crotch) to your ankle.
