As a member of the independent Fair Wear organization with Leader Status, VAUDE is committed to fair working conditions and fair wages. In addition, this product is climate neutral – we’ve analyzed and systematically reduced all emissions arising from materials, manufacturing, and shipping. Emissions that are currently unavoidable were fully offset by the independent non-profit myclimate organization.

Wool - a cozy warm natural fiber

Finest merino wool that is naturally warm and water repellent. This natural fiber is wonderfully soft against your skin and breathable. In addition, it’s a sustainable and renewable raw resource that regulates your body temperature naturally. VAUDE is committed to the Responsible Wool Standard and uses mulesing-free wool exclusively.

Main fabric: 55% Polyester (recycled), 20% Acryl, 20% Polyamide, 5% Wool.

Recycled PET: high quality polyester made from recycled PET bottles

Collect, clean, granulate and spin into high quality polyester yarn – that’s what’s involved in the recycling of PET bottles. In the manufacturing process, we can reduce energy consumption and CO2 emissions by up to 50% while completely eliminating the use of new fossil fuels. This conserves resources and keeps our ecological footprint small.
