They feature grippy, water resistant palms made from synthetic leather and touchscreen-compatible finger tips. A special coating makes them perfect for using your smartphone or camera without taking off the gloves. It’s not just the insulation that’ll be keeping your hands warm – it’s also the soft thermal inner lining. The Roga gloves are an ideal winter glove for everyday life or sports, and are made with water resistant Eco Finish that’s manufactured without the use of fluorocarbons (PFC). The VAUDE Green Shape label stands for environmentally friendly, functional products made from sustainable materials.

Ceplex Active – high-quality membrane that protects from rain and wind

The high-quality Ceplex Active membrane developed by VAUDE is waterproof, windproof and highly breathable. It keeps moisture out and warmth in. Your VAUDE product can withstand a water column of at least 10,000 millimeters (JIS L 1092 B). The membrane is made of polyurethane (PU), thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) or polyester (PES) and is 100 percent free of environmentally harmful fluorocarbons and PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene). Ceplex Active is also used as a coating.

Recycled PET: high quality polyester made from recycled PET bottles

Collect, clean, granulate and spin into high quality polyester yarn – that’s what’s involved in the recycling of PET bottles. In the manufacturing process, we can reduce energy consumption and CO2 emissions by up to 50% while completely eliminating the use of new fossil fuels. This conserves resources and keeps our ecological footprint small.

Eco Finish – environmentally friendly water and stain resistant finish

This water and stain resistant finish is applied to the outer fabric of your product so that water pearls up and runs right off – without the use of environmentally harmful fluorocarbons (PFCs). This protects you from the rain and keeps the planet clean. Regular reapplication is necessary for permanent waterproofing and stain resistance.
