After a good night's sleep, you're ready to take on any adventure awaiting you! This could be your daily adventure, a camping trip or the start of an expedition from base camp. With this comfortable, self-inflating sleeping pad, you've laid the right groundwork for a successful endeavor. A thick layer of 10 cm comfortable outer material that will soften any ground you lie on. The 3D pad construction (200 x 70 cm) makes use of all the space available and is ideal to combine with other sleeping pads. The core of the pad adapts to the contours of your body for best sleeping comfort. A newly developed valve makes it also very easy and quick to inflate (and deflate). The VAUDE Green Shape label stands for environmentally friendly, functional products made from sustainable materials.

Stretch – great freedom of movement and exceptional comfortable

VAUDE products with stretch are very comfortable to wear. The material's elasticity is achieved either by its elastane content and/or its knit or woven construction. It provides maximum freedom of movement during your activities in nature.

Foam Core – self-inflating sleeping pad with foam core

Self-inflating VAUDE sleeping pads with a foam core are easy to inflate and offer the highest level of sleeping comfort. The foam core and the stretchy upper fabric adapt optimally to your body and afford a comfortable sleeping position. The pads are real all-rounders and, depending on thickness and size, can also be used as a guest bed or on trekking tours with their excellent price to performance ratio. They are slight heavier and have a larger pack size than air chamber pads. Self-inflating pads come in thinner versions for trekking or thicker versions for more comfort.
