The lightweight: Minimalist alpine backpack for mountain tours where every gram counts. It has a narrow profile that allows you to move freely. The ergonomic trail running-inspired shoulder straps provide superior freedom of movement in the shoulder area. We pared down any unnecessary technical features in favor of a low weight and minimalist appearance. Features are aligned with the "fast and light" category: A light hip belt, the back is adjustable and even more weight can be saved by removable aluminum stays. It’s also hydration system compatible. The cover for the main compartment also serves as a rope holder. Of course, it’s easy to compress the pack down quite small. Trekking poles or an ice pick can be attached at the front. In addition, other gear can be attached to the daisy chain. The backpack was manufactured in accordance with the strict, eco-friendly bluesign® criteria. The VAUDE Green Shape label stands for environmentally-friendly, functional products made from sustainable materials.

Synergy Mold Light - ventilation channel along the spine

VAUDE backpacks with the Synergy Mold Light suspension system are designed for alpine activities in all seasons and in demanding terrain. The system is lightweight and offers maximum freedom of movement while the foam padding repels moisture and snow. A large ventilation channel that runs along your spine ensures optimal air circulation. Adjustable aluminum stays or an aluminum frame ensure stability and good wearing comfort (not used in all models).

Ergoshape – ergonomic shoulder straps

These ergonomic shoulder straps ensure optimum freedom of movement and extra comfort for your next mountain, trekking or hiking tour. Ergoshape shoulder straps are designed to be wider where they rest on your shoulders and narrower at the front and under your arms. Ergoshape shoulder straps are specifically adapted to the different needs of women and men.

Material

Eco Finish – environmentally friendly water and stain resistant finish

This water and stain resistant finish is applied to the outer fabric of your product so that water pearls up and runs right off – without the use of environmentally harmful fluorocarbons (PFCs). This protects you from the rain and keeps the planet clean. Regular reapplication is necessary for permanent waterproofing and stain resistance.
