With the Kobel 500 SYN, your child will sleep as comfortably as a squirrel in its nest.This is ensured by the warm and particularly easy-care synthetic fill - and the sophisticated mummy cut that ensures a cuddly, close-fitting fit. In order to prevent your child from growing out of the Kobel, it can be extended from 130 to 165 centimeters using a kid-friendly zip. Another highlight: With its side openings for arms, the synthetic fiber sleeping bag is particularly versatile - whether at the campfire while eating, as a warming blanket for playing cards in the evening on cold outdoor adventures or simply as a warm companion on the couch or in bed at home. Mummy – a design with high thermal efficiency

Tapered mummy bags are the most popular shape for sleeping bags. And that’s for a good reason. The form-fitting design narrows towards your feet, meaning that less air needs to be heated in your VAUDE sleeping bag, which is very heat-efficient. Less fabric also saves resources making your VAUDE sleeping bag lighter and more compressible. The hood shape and thermal collar (not included in all models) prevent cold air from penetrating – mummy sleeping bags are the perfect companion in cold and challenging weather.

1-Layer Construction – single-layer synthetic fiber fill

With single-layer construction, we sew only one layer of lining fabric directly to the outer and inner fabric to insulate your VAUDE synthetic fiber sleeping bag. The fill is breathable, durable and easy to clean. Even when wet, the sleeping bag insulates and it dries quickly. We use this construction exclusively for our ultralight and summer sleeping bags.
