The innovative HeatSphere Eco is used for the fill – a newly developed synthetic down that dries twice as fast as conventional down. Like the outer shell of the Mineo Coat, HeatSphere Eco is made from recycled polyester and absorbs 30 % less moisture than down.
The secret of its high heat retention lies in the coat's design.HeatSphere Eco consists of puffy "heat pellets" made from 100 % recycled PET bottles and includes no animal products. It can, however, be compared with conventional down – it is lightweight, extremely elastic and warmer than any padded fill. In addition, it still provides insulation even when wet and doesn't clump together.

To help bike commuters get to work in comfort, the coat features side zips and a two-way front zip so you can also open the coat from the bottom. This provides both greater freedom of movement and convenient ventilation if the sun does peek out from behind the clouds. Reflective elements provide more visibility in the low light conditions of morning and evening commutes. Longer styling also keeps your back and bottom warm, while the adjustable hood blocks any cold drafts.
