Lifts are nice, but ski tours under your own steam are better: The Larice ski touring softshell jacket for men combines reliable wind protection with sporty functionality. The completely windproof material prevents chilling, while the structured inside provides comfortable insulation and improves breathability at the same time. During particularly intense exertion, excess body heat can escape quickly through the ventilation zippers. The outer material of the Larice ski touring softshell jacket for men is also water and dirt repellent. In snow or strong winds, the close-fitting hood is used without restricting visibility. Cleverly placed pockets - one chest pocket and two hand-warmer pockets - offer plenty of storage space for a bar, gloves or smartphone and remain easily accessible even when you're wearing a pack. Thumb loops secure the sleeves and make them more comfortable to wear. The sporty cut and the elastic material guarantee full freedom of movement, whether on the ascent, on the descent or during a break at the summit. The Larice softshell jacket is the perfect companion for demanding ski tourers on alpine adventures. The outer fabric is treated to repel water and dirt. VAUDE does not use fluorocarbons, known as PFAS or PFC chemicals, which are suspected of being harmful to health.

Backpack sizes

Some of the backpacks' product names include size information. The designation "M" stands for medium, i.e. a medium size. This medium size is universally suitable and is perfect for most users. "L" stands for Large, i.e. a large size, "XL" for Extra Large, an extra large size. If no specific size information appears in the product name, it is usually a standard size.

To ensure your VAUDE clothing fits perfectly, it is important to take your measurements correctly. Here's how:

  • Waist: Measure the circumference at the narrowest point of your waist – usually just above the belly button.
  • Hips: Measure around your hips at the widest point of your buttocks.
  • Inseam: Measure straight down from the top of your inner thigh (crotch) to your ankle.
