When it gets really cold or the physical exertion on the (e)bike is only moderate, cyclists need a powerful layer of warmth that reliably protects them from cooling down. The Wintry insulated cycling jacket for women offers maximum heat retention thanks to PrimaLoft® insulation. The sleeves are ergonomically pre-shaped for unrestricted freedom of movement on the bike. Elastic cuffs at the wrists and the high stand-up collar keep out the wind. The seat and sensitive kidney area remain well protected even in a sporty riding position thanks to the longer cut back. This means the jacket can easily be worn on its own on cool days in the transitional period. Two spacious pockets and reflective elements complete the outer jacket. In winter, it then becomes a warm insulating layer - under a hard shell, for example. The outer fabric is treated to repel water and dirt. VAUDE does not use fluorocarbons, known as PFAS or PFC chemicals, which are suspected of being harmful to health.

Backpack sizes

Some of the backpacks' product names include size information. The designation "M" stands for medium, i.e. a medium size. This medium size is universally suitable and is perfect for most users. "L" stands for Large, i.e. a large size, "XL" for Extra Large, an extra large size. If no specific size information appears in the product name, it is usually a standard size.

How to measure correctly?

To ensure your VAUDE clothing fits perfectly, it is important to take your measurements correctly. Here's how:

  • Chest: Measure the circumference at the widest point of your chest – ideally while standing upright with your arms hanging loosely at your sides.
  • Waist: Measure the circumference at the narrowest point of your waist – usually just above the belly button.
  • Hips: Measure around your hips at the widest point of your buttocks.
  • Inseam: Measure straight down from the top of your inner thigh (crotch) to your ankle.
