For ambitious mountain sportswomen who are looking for maximum functionality: our Croz softshell pants for women were developed for challenging mountain and alpine tours and impress with a sophisticated combination of durability, freedom of movement and weather protection – perfect for unpredictable alpine terrain. An elastic panel at the back and the integrated belt ensure a secure and comfortable fit. Mesh-lined ventilation zips on the sides allow for individual temperature regulation even on intense climbs. Two zippered side pockets and a thigh pocket with flap offer practical storage space; the cut allows easy access even when wearing a climbing harness. The sophisticated material mix with highly abrasion-resistant reinforcements on the seat and leg ends increases durability without restricting freedom of movement. The leg cuffs with a zipper and fabric gusset can be individually adjusted depending on the footwear and attached to your footwear with an integrated, stowable hook. The outer fabric of the Croz softshell pants for women is water and dirt repellent with Eco Finish. VAUDE does not use fluorocarbons, also known as PFAS or PFC chemicals, which are suspected of being harmful to health.

Backpack sizes

Some of the backpacks' product names include size information. The designation "M" stands for medium, i.e. a medium size. This medium size is universally suitable and is perfect for most users. "L" stands for Large, i.e. a large size, "XL" for Extra Large, an extra large size. If no specific size information appears in the product name, it is usually a standard size.

The choice of sleeping bag should also take into account the position of the tent entrance so that you can always get in and out comfortably.

How to measure correctly?

To ensure your VAUDE clothing fits perfectly, it is important to take your measurements correctly. Here's how:

  • Chest: Measure the circumference at the widest point of your chest – ideally while standing upright with your arms hanging loosely at your sides.
  • Waist: Measure the circumference at the narrowest point of your waist – usually just above the belly button.
  • Hips: Measure around your hips at the widest point of your buttocks.
  • Inseam: Measure straight down from the top of your inner thigh (crotch) to your ankle.
