Lightweight, durable shorts for summer hikes and mountain tours: the Badile softshell shorts for women impress with their high functionality and durable material. The wind-repellent, quick-drying and breathable material ensures a comfortable temperature regulation, while the subtle ripstop structure guarantees durability. Sweat and moisture are quickly transported outward, which is particularly important on warm days or during a fast ascent. The waistband with integrated belt ensures a secure fit at all times. Two side pockets and a zipped leg pocket offer practical storage space for important items. The sporty but comfortable cut allows optimum freedom of movement and comfort even on longer mountain tours. With their lightweight yet durable material, these shorts are the ideal companion for summer days in alpine terrain or for relaxed hikes in warmer temperatures. The outer fabric of the Badile softshell shorts is treated with Eco Finish to make it water and dirt repellent. VAUDE does not use fluorocarbons, also known as PFAS or PFC chemicals, which are suspected of being harmful to health. With the VAUDE Green Shape label, you can trust that it's eco-friendly and made from sustainable materials.

Backpack sizes

Some of the backpacks' product names include size information. The designation "M" stands for medium, i.e. a medium size. This medium size is universally suitable and is perfect for most users. "L" stands for Large, i.e. a large size, "XL" for Extra Large, an extra large size. If no specific size information appears in the product name, it is usually a standard size.

If you want to combine two sleeping bags, make sure you choose one with a zip on the right and one with a zip on the left. The choice of sleeping bag should also take into account the position of the tent entrance so that you can always get in and out comfortably.

How to measure correctly?

To ensure your VAUDE clothing fits perfectly, it is important to take your measurements correctly. Here's how:

  • Chest: Measure the circumference at the widest point of your chest – ideally while standing upright with your arms hanging loosely at your sides.
  • Waist: Measure the circumference at the narrowest point of your waist – usually just above the belly button.
  • Hips: Measure around your hips at the widest point of your buttocks.
  • Inseam: Measure straight down from the top of your inner thigh (crotch) to your ankle.
