The Tekoa softshell jacket for women combines performance and durability - perfect for your next adventure on the mountain and via ferrata. Not only does it offer outstanding protection from wind and weather on mountain tours, but its articulated design allows maximum freedom of movement and easy access to the pockets even with a harness and rucksack attached. The elastic and highly breathable material guarantees a high level of comfort and dries quickly even during intensive activities. The Tekoa women's softshell jacket is wind and water repellent and provides good protection in adverse conditions, an early morning start or during breaks on the mountain. Practical details such as two slit pockets provide plenty of storage space for important items, while the close-fitting hood and drawstring-adjustable waistband offer additional protection from unpleasant wind and cold. The open underarm ventilation is lined with mesh and brings cooling air to the body during movement-intensive tours. Its lightweight design makes it possible to pack the jacket compactly and have it quickly to hand when needed. The outer fabric of the Tekoa softshell jacket is water and dirt repellent with Eco Finish. VAUDE does not use fluorocarbons, PFAS or PFC chemicals, which are suspected of being harmful to health. With the VAUDE Green Shape label, you can trust that it's eco-friendly and made from sustainable materials.

Backpack sizes

Some of the backpacks' product names include size information. The designation "M" stands for medium, i.e. a medium size. This medium size is universally suitable and is perfect for most users. "L" stands for Large, i.e. a large size, "XL" for Extra Large, an extra large size. If no specific size information appears in the product name, it is usually a standard size.

How to measure correctly?

To ensure your VAUDE clothing fits perfectly, it is important to take your measurements correctly. Here's how:

  • Chest: Measure the circumference at the widest point of your chest – ideally while standing upright with your arms hanging loosely at your sides.
  • Waist: Measure the circumference at the narrowest point of your waist – usually just above the belly button.
  • Hips: Measure around your hips at the widest point of your buttocks.
  • Inseam: Measure straight down from the top of your inner thigh (crotch) to your ankle.
