The name says it all – the TrailControl bike backpack with 25 liters capacity features the Aeroflex Control suspension system that gives it its name! When the mesh tension of the suspension system is activated, the back is perfectly ventilated when pedaling uphill. When you hit the trail, you only have to pull two straps to get a well-padded contact back, keeping the center of gravity comfortably close to your body. The back length is continuously adjustable for a personalized fit. Storage space is provided by a large main compartment with hydration bladder attachment, mesh side pockets and a zip pocket on the right hip belt wing. Once the helmet is on your head, the visor-compatible helmet holder on the front can also be used to transport pads or a jacket. Organizational options include a practically divided front compartment for tools that extends down to the floor, an organizer compartment for charging cables etc. in the main compartment and a key ring. Side compression straps, chest and hip straps, a hydration tube holder, a safety light holder and reflective elements round off the bike backpack. A separate bottom compartment makes the Trail Control 25 liter bike backpack ideal for multi-day tours or for use on extended hikes. A rain cover is included. The material of the TrailControl bike backpack is water and dirt repellent with Eco Finish. VAUDE does not use fluorocarbons, also known as PFAS or PFC chemicals, which are suspected of being harmful to health.

Backpack sizes

Some of the backpacks' product names include size information. The designation "M" stands for medium, i.e. a medium size. This medium size is universally suitable and is perfect for most users. "L" stands for Large, i.e. a large size, "XL" for Extra Large, an extra large size. If no specific size information appears in the product name, it is usually a standard size.

A few tips on choosing the right zip position: Right-handed people choose a sleeping bag with the zip on the left, as they can comfortably reach across the body to the zip with their right hand. If you want to combine two sleeping bags, make sure you choose one with a zip on the right and one with a zip on the left. The choice of sleeping bag should also take into account the position of the tent entrance so that you can always get in and out comfortably.

How to measure correctly?

To ensure your VAUDE clothing fits perfectly, it is important to take your measurements correctly. Here's how:

  • Chest: Measure the circumference at the widest point of your chest – ideally while standing upright with your arms hanging loosely at your sides.
  • Waist: Measure the circumference at the narrowest point of your waist – usually just above the belly button.
  • Hips: Measure around your hips at the widest point of your buttocks.
  • Inseam: Measure straight down from the top of your inner thigh (crotch) to your ankle.
