Perfectly proportioned for safety gear, down jackets, snacks, and more, the Monviso 20 ski touring backpack rests comfortably against your back, ensuring you can wear it effortlessly even on chairlifts. Despite its compact design, the Monviso 20 ski touring backpack has everything that defines a modern ski touring backpack. The avalanche shovel is stored in the main compartment on the side away from your back. Skis and snowboards can be securely attached in various configurations for steep ascents, and there are also attachments for ice axes and poles. Ascend with confidence – the helmet holder reliably secures compact ski touring helmets and larger ski helmets to the backpack. Inside, you'll find a padded goggle pocket, a small valuables compartment, and a slot for your hydration system. Clever details: All zippers, eyelets, and loops are designed for effortless use, even with gloves on. During descents, the Ergoshape shoulder straps, snow-repellent Synergy Mold contact back, and seamlessly integrated hip fins ensure a secure and comfortable fit.     Perfekter Begleiter für Tagestouren

     
    Für eintägige Skitouren verwende ich immer den Monviso 20 Liter-Rucksack. Er bietet ausreichend Platz für alle wichtigen Teile + weitere Schicht und Verpflegung, trägt dabei aber kein bisschen auf, und lässt sich super angenehm nah am Körper tragen, so dass man ihn kaum spürt. Ade zu halbvollen unförmigen Mehrtages-Rucksäcken!

Backpack sizes

Some of the backpacks' product names include size information. The designation "M" stands for medium, i.e. a medium size. This medium size is universally suitable and is perfect for most users. "L" stands for Large, i.e. a large size, "XL" for Extra Large, an extra large size. If no specific size information appears in the product name, it is usually a standard size.

If you want to combine two sleeping bags, make sure you choose one with a zip on the right and one with a zip on the left. The choice of sleeping bag should also take into account the position of the tent entrance so that you can always get in and out comfortably.

How to measure correctly?

To ensure your VAUDE clothing fits perfectly, it is important to take your measurements correctly. Here's how:

  • Chest: Measure the circumference at the widest point of your chest – ideally while standing upright with your arms hanging loosely at your sides.
  • Waist: Measure the circumference at the narrowest point of your waist – usually just above the belly button.
  • Hips: Measure around your hips at the widest point of your buttocks.
  • Inseam: Measure straight down from the top of your inner thigh (crotch) to your ankle.
