Whether trekking, hiking or bivouacking: On cold nights, the Sioux 1000 sleeping bag scores with its moisture-proof synthetic fiber fill. It's very breathable while retaining body heat inside the bag ensuring a comfortable microclimate. In addition, it insulates even when wet and dries quickly. The mummy shape and adjustable thermal collar guarantee efficient insulation. To top it off, the outer shell of the Sioux 1000 synthetic fiber sleeping bag is treated with PFC-free Eco Finish for water repellency and dirt resistance. All this makes the Sioux 1000 a solid and very warm sleeping bag that can also be used in cooler regions. This sleeping bag is part of the VAUDE closed loop concept. Both the main fabric and fill are made from 100% recycled polyester. It also features a material-efficient cut and is robust as well as easy to repair. Some of the backpacks' product names include size information. The designation "M" stands for medium, i.e. a medium size. This medium size is universally suitable and is perfect for most users. "L" stands for Large, i.e. a large size, "XL" for Extra Large, an extra large size. If no specific size information appears in the product name, it is usually a standard size.

If you want to combine two sleeping bags, make sure you choose one with a zip on the right and one with a zip on the left. How to measure correctly?

To ensure your VAUDE clothing fits perfectly, it is important to take your measurements correctly. Here's how:

Chest: Measure the circumference at the widest point of your chest – ideally while standing upright with your arms hanging loosely at your sides.
Waist: Measure the circumference at the narrowest point of your waist – usually just above the belly button.
Hips: Measure around your hips at the widest point of your buttocks.
Inseam: Measure straight down from the top of your inner thigh (crotch) to your ankle.

Gute Nacht dank gutem Schlafsack

Bin bisher sehr zufrieden. Der Schlafsack ist durchdacht, hält warm und fühlt sich angenehm an. Was mich etwas gewundert hat: Der Schlack hat keinen innen liegenden Griff für den Reißverschluss. Das wäre in meinen Augen noch sinnvoll.
