With the Elope Zip-Off hiking pants for men, you'll be all set from spring to fall thanks to a fabric with a UPF of 50+. The practical pants are quick and easy to zip off to shorts, making them the ideal companion in both colder and warmer temperatures. The stretch fabric and sporty cut as well as articulated knees ensure an excellent fit no matter how you move. In addition, they ensure optimum freedom of movement. Your waistline isn't always exactly the same, so the men's Zip-Off hiking pants have an integrated belt for a perfect fit. They've also got leg cuffs that you can individually adjust via drawcord. Despite its high stretch, the fabric is very durable and robust. In addition, the zip-off hiking pants for men are very breathable and dry quickly, so don't worry about washing them on multi-day tours – they'll be ready to wear again by the next morning. There's space for your phone, keys or a small wallet in the two front pockets and a leg pocket, which can be zipped shut to keep your valuables safe. Small items will also find a place in the back pocket with zip. The juxtaposition between textured and smooth fabrics and visible zip give them a technical look. The Elope Zip-Off hiking pants for men are made primarily from recycled PET bottles. In addition, they're treated with Eco Finish, a fluorocarbon (PFC) free, water and dirt repellent treatment. The VAUDE Green Shape label stands for environmentally-friendly, functional products made from sustainable and bluesign® certified materials.

Backpack sizes

Some of the backpacks' product names include size information. The designation "M" stands for medium, i.e. a medium size. This medium size is universally suitable and is perfect for most users. "L" stands for Large, i.e. a large size, "XL" for Extra Large, an extra large size. If no specific size information appears in the product name, it is usually a standard size.

If you want to combine two sleeping bags, make sure you choose one with a zip on the right and one with a zip on the left. The choice of sleeping bag should also take into account the position of the tent entrance so that you can always get in and out comfortably.

How to measure correctly?

To ensure your VAUDE clothing fits perfectly, it is important to take your measurements correctly. Here's how:

  • Chest: Measure the circumference at the widest point of your chest – ideally while standing upright with your arms hanging loosely at your sides.
  • Waist: Measure the circumference at the narrowest point of your waist – usually just above the belly button.
  • Hips: Measure around your hips at the widest point of your buttocks.
  • Inseam: Measure straight down from the top of your inner thigh (crotch) to your ankle.
