The moisture-regulating, pleasantly smooth and easy-care stretch fabric offers a high degree of wearing comfort on hiking tours lasting several days. On windy days the hood and the covered zip offer protection from becoming chilled. Paired with a waterproof functional jacket, the Skomer Hiking Jacket is the perfect midlayer, as it is highly breathable and quickly transports moisture to the outside during sweaty activities. The VAUDE Green Shape label stands for environmentally-friendly, functional products made from sustainable and bluesign® certified materials. In addition, this product is climate neutral – we’ve analyzed and systematically reduced all emissions arising from materials, manufacturing, and shipping. Emissions that are currently unavoidable were fully offset by the independent non-profit myclimate organization.
