Alpine trekking, hut hopping tours, long-distance trails and backpacking – a trekking backpack for whatever you've got planned! A volume of 42 liters paired with comfortable carrying makes it a beloved companion. Even on long tours, the Tergolight Comfort Space suspension system ensures a comfortable ride. The back length and load positioning straps can be adjusted to your torso size. It's also exceptionally back-friendly – a recess at the lower back takes the stress off the sacroiliac joint. The adjustable Ergoshape shoulder straps give your arms plenty of freedom of movement and distribute the load optimally, as does the comfortably padded hip belt. The spacious main compartment of the Asymmetric 42+8 can be accessed from the top and front – no more rummaging around for your stuff. The stretchy front compartment has enough space for the things you need right at hand when you're on the go. And you can even dry your wet clothing here too thanks to its optimized ventilation. You can access your water bottle, camera or a protein bar without having to take off the pack in the side stretch pockets. The backpack also performs well on alpine tours – you can attach an ice axe or trekking poles to the gear loop and your crampons to the daisy chain. Two compression straps on each side and one under the lid compress the load and there's a replacement buckle on the upper strap if you ever need one along the way. The lid with inner compartment creates up to 8 liters of additional volume. The eco-friendly trekking backpack is primarily made from recycled materials. The VAUDE Green Shape label stands for environmentally-friendly, functional products made from bluesign® certified, sustainable materials.

    Perfekter Rucksack für mehrtägige Touren

     
    Ich nutze den Rucksack vor allem für mehrtägige Trekkingtouren. Das Rückensystem lässt sich individuell einstellen und mit richtig angepasstem Hüftgurt wird ein großer Teil des Gewichts angenehm auf die Hüfte übertragen. Es lohnt sich allerdings, sich vor der ersten Tour etwas Zeit für die genaue Einstellung zu nehmen. Besonders praktisch finde ich den zusätzlichen Zugang über den Frontreißverschluss. So muss nicht der komplette Rucksack ausgeräumt werden, wenn etwas weiter unten liegt.

    Zaino di medie dimensioni a volume variabile, ideale per i trekking di più giorni, realizzato ponendo particolare attenzione all’ecosostenibilità e rifinito davvero ottimamente. Notevole lo studio per la disposizione delle tasche e l’accessibilità agli scomparti interni così come la regolazione dello schienale anche se, trattandosi di un sistema aderente al corpo non tensionato (ossia senza schienale a rete), la traspirabilità non è il suo punto di forza principale. Backpack sizes

Some of the backpacks' product names include size information. The designation "M" stands for medium, i.e. a medium size. This medium size is universally suitable and is perfect for most users. "L" stands for Large, i.e. a large size, "XL" for Extra Large, an extra large size. If no specific size information appears in the product name, it is usually a standard size.

If you want to combine two sleeping bags, make sure you choose one with a zip on the right and one with a zip on the left. The choice of sleeping bag should also take into account the position of the tent entrance so that you can always get in and out comfortably.

How to measure correctly?

To ensure your VAUDE clothing fits perfectly, it is important to take your measurements correctly. Here's how:

  • Chest: Measure the circumference at the widest point of your chest – ideally while standing upright with your arms hanging loosely at your sides.
  • Waist: Measure the circumference at the narrowest point of your waist – usually just above the belly button.
  • Hips: Measure around your hips at the widest point of your buttocks.
  • Inseam: Measure straight down from the top of your inner thigh (crotch) to your ankle.
