Extravagant design fused with maximum function. Ideal for all those tired of having to sleep in the back of the tent: the inner tent of the Badawi Long has been turned 90 degrees so that all can sleep lengthwise. The tent features waterproofness with a water column of 3,000 mm and offers an excellent interior room climate. Otherwise the wind stable Badawi Long 6P offers the same comfort level as its smaller brother, the Badawi 4P: large inner area, excellent ventilation with the VAUDE Top-Vent-System and side mesh windows, extra pockets on the tent doors and an extra tent footprint for the vestibule. Color coded poles and pole sleeves simplify the pitch. The outer pole construction lets you pitch the inner and outer tents comfortably in one step.

    Schon viele Jahre ein treuer Begleiter

     
    Unser Badawi ist nun schon 25 Jahre alt und begeistert uns immer noch. Durch durch die großzügigen Maße ist ein sehr entspannter Urlaub möglich. Trotz seines hohen Alters hat es diese Woche Wind und Regen problemlos überstanden. Die Gummizüge in den Stangen mussten bis jetzt einmal erneuert werden, was aber durch den tollen Service von Vaude unkompliziert möglich war. Fazit: Eine gute Anschaffung, die sich gelohnt hat.

    Ich hab das Zelt seit Jahren in Gebrauch und kann sagen, dass es ein Gewitter in den Bergen genauso zuverlässig übersteht wie die Hitze in Südeuropa. Man braucht allerdings ein wenig Übung beim Aufbau und einen relativ großen, ebenen Platz. Bei manche einem Stellplatz in Italien braucht es dann schon ein wenig Kreativität beim Abspannen... ;-)

    An excellent family tent, that has served us well for the last 8 years and still going strong. Spacious enough for two adults and three children, indoor table and luggage. The seams are still durable, however the fabric has been punctured on a few spots which can be easily repaired with duct tape. Easy to setup and none of the poles broke during this period, however some of the aluminium pickets broke or bent. You can only travel with it using a car, as the weight is too have for other transportation. Overall we are very happy, and it’s better to take this tent as you have some space indoor when there a multiple days of rain. We even have weathered storm, where other tent broke down ours was still standing strong.

Backpack sizes

Some of the backpacks' product names include size information. The designation "M" stands for medium, i.e. a medium size. This medium size is universally suitable and is perfect for most users. "L" stands for Large, i.e. a large size, "XL" for Extra Large, an extra large size. If no specific size information appears in the product name, it is usually a standard size.

A few tips on choosing the right zip position: Right-handed people choose a sleeping bag with the zip on the left, as they can comfortably reach across the body to the zip with their right hand. Left-handed people choose a sleeping bag with a zip on the right so that they can easily reach the zip with their left hand. If you want to combine two sleeping bags, make sure you choose one with a zip on the right and one with a zip on the left. The choice of sleeping bag should also take into account the position of the tent entrance so that you can always get in and out comfortably.

How to measure correctly?

To ensure your VAUDE clothing fits perfectly, it is important to take your measurements correctly. Here's how:

  • Chest: Measure the circumference at the widest point of your chest – ideally while standing upright with your arms hanging loosely at your sides.
  • Waist: Measure the circumference at the narrowest point of your waist – usually just above the belly button.
  • Hips: Measure around your hips at the widest point of your buttocks.
  • Inseam: Measure straight down from the top of your inner thigh (crotch) to your ankle.
