The Scopi rain jacket only wants one thing - to get going! The men's version of the jacket in size L weighs just 173 grams and has been specially designed for mountain sports that need to move quickly - and for athletes who like to keep the pack size of their equipment as small as possible. This makes it perfect for trail running or a quick after-work hike up the local mountain. It can be packed down to about the size of an apple. There is plenty of room for accessories such as car keys or muesli bars in the spacious chest pocket, and the hood can be adjusted in width when it gets stormy. If the weather becomes even more inhospitable and it starts to rain, you can carry on with peace of mind - the jacket is reliably waterproof thanks to the Ceplex Advanced membrane.
Lightweight and no frills
The small but nice details such as the concealed underarm ventilation, the water-repellent front zipper and the uncomplicated stretch cuffs at the arm cuffs and hip hem are great. To keep handling the jacket as uncomplicated as possible, it can be quickly packed into its own hood and can easily fit into small hip pockets. The VAUDE Green Shape label stands for an environmentally friendly, functional product made from sustainable and bluesign® certified materials. In addition, the rain jacket is manufactured in a climate-neutral way: Emissions from materials, the manufacturing process and shipping have been comprehensively determined and systematically reduced. Currently unavoidable emissions have been fully offset by the independent non-profit organization "myclimate".
Full functionality outdoors
Sustainability and functionality are not a contradiction in terms at VAUDE. VAUDE uses 100% recycled polyamide for the wafer-thin yet highly tear-resistant outer material of the Scopi LW rain jacket. This is robust and keeps the jacket waterproof, even when the precipitation doesn't want to let up so quickly. The Ceplex Advanced membrane provides reliable weather protection and excellent breathability when the going gets sweaty. The jackets have an environmentally friendly water-repellent finish thanks to the PFC-free Eco Finish.
