Bikepacking light! With 7 l volume, this compact, waterproof, hf-welded saddle bag holds just what you need for bikepacking on the weekend. The lightweight, very technical material with waterproof hf-welded seams has a stronger material at the bottom to provide the stability necessary for the attachment points. The more flexible material at the top allows easy packing and securing of your gear using a roll closure. An adjustable gear net makes packing a windbreaker or rain jacket a breeze. The saddle bag has velcro straps and small buckles for secure, stable attachment to the seat post. The saddle bag's primary material is made from recycled polyamide, which is obtained in an upcycling process from textile materials such as used fishing nets. The Trailsaddle Compact can be perfectly combined with the Trailfront Compact for attaching everything you need for a weekend trip – without a gear rack – to your bike. The VAUDE Green Shape label stands for environmentally-friendly, functional products made from sustainable and bluesign® certified materials.

    Abstand Sattel

     
    Benötigt zwischen Sattel (Strebe, an der befestigt wird) und Reifen mindestens 16cm (keine Lücke mehr), bei mir gehts mit 19cm - aber viel ist das nicht. In der Beschreibung in dem Produkt wird von 25cm gesprochen. Wäre hilfreich, das wäre irgendwo publiziert........

    Kleine aber feine Satteltasche

     
    Ich nutze diese Satteltasche regelmäßig zu mehrtägigen Radtouren. Für 2-4 Tage genügt mir diese Tasche allein. Für längere Touren kombiniere ich sie mit weiteren Taschen am Lenker oder/und Rahmen. Sie ist relativ schnell und einfach hin- und wegmontiert. Es fehlt eine Halterung für das Rücklicht, so dass ich dieses an meinen Rahmen montieren muss.

Backpack sizes

Some of the backpacks' product names include size information. The designation "M" stands for medium, i.e. a medium size. This medium size is universally suitable and is perfect for most users. "L" stands for Large, i.e. a large size, "XL" for Extra Large, an extra large size. If no specific size information appears in the product name, it is usually a standard size.

A few tips on choosing the right zip position: Right-handed people choose a sleeping bag with the zip on the left, as they can comfortably reach across the body to the zip with their right hand. If you want to combine two sleeping bags, make sure you choose one with a zip on the right and one with a zip on the left. The choice of sleeping bag should also take into account the position of the tent entrance so that you can always get in and out comfortably.

How to measure correctly?

To ensure your VAUDE clothing fits perfectly, it is important to take your measurements correctly. Here's how:

  • Chest: Measure the circumference at the widest point of your chest – ideally while standing upright with your arms hanging loosely at your sides.
  • Waist: Measure the circumference at the narrowest point of your waist – usually just above the belly button.
  • Hips: Measure around your hips at the widest point of your buttocks.
  • Inseam: Measure straight down from the top of your inner thigh (crotch) to your ankle.
