Insurance against capricious weather. These rain pants were designed for all kinds of adventures – from gravel riding to traveling the world by bike, you'll always be glad you took them along. Versatile, high performance rain pants with a hybrid construction for gravel biking and more. The waterproof, windproof and very breathable rain pants can be packed down small to fit into any bag. With a seamless, double layer waistband with stretch insert at the back and hybrid construction, they're exceptionally comfortable in any riding position. Articulated knees and tapered legs keep them from flapping when you're bombing downhill. Lower leg zips run diagonally to the knees to prevent pressure points at the ankles and also allow you to get in or out with your shoes on. Reflective elements increase visibility from the back. When paired with our Kuro Tights, ventilation zips at the thighs allow easy access to the pocket in the tights. Just add the Kuro Rain Jacket for a complete outfit. With bluesign®-certified 2.5-layer materials and a 3-layer reinforcement at the seat.

    Die Regenhosen sind nicht wirklich dicht obwohl noch nicht mal ein Jahr in Gebrauch. Im Kniebereich drückt Geuchtigkeit nach kürzester Zeit durch, nach 10 Minuten Regenfahrt sind Knie und Unterschenkel durchnässt.

     
    Leider kein zuverlässiger Durchnässungsschutz und darum auch nur für eine kurze für eine Velfahrt im Regen nicht zu empfehlen

    Die Regenhose lässt sich super über die Schuhe ziehen und man kann sich gut darin bewegen. Sehr praktisch sind die Reißverschlüsse um an die Taschen seiner Hose zu kommen, die man oder der Regenhose trägt.

    Unfortunately the pants are not water proof. I purchased them as my Vaude Drop rain pants were starting to soak through after five years of reliable usage. During my first commute home in light rain, the Kuro were soaking through after just ten minutes. The thighs and butt were letting water through. Vaude support never responded after I had sent photos. I've gone back to using my drop pants as they fit better and only let through a bit of water.

Backpack sizes

Some of the backpacks' product names include size information. The designation "M" stands for medium, i.e. a medium size. This medium size is universally suitable and is perfect for most users. "L" stands for Large, i.e. a large size, "XL" for Extra Large, an extra large size. If no specific size information appears in the product name, it is usually a standard size.

A few tips on choosing the right zip position: Right-handed people choose a sleeping bag with the zip on the left, as they can comfortably reach across the body to the zip with their right hand. Left-handed people choose a sleeping bag with a zip on the right so that they can easily reach the zip with their left hand. If you want to combine two sleeping bags, make sure you choose one with a zip on the right and one with a zip on the left. The choice of sleeping bag should also take into account the position of the tent entrance so that you can always get in and out comfortably.

How to measure correctly?

To ensure your VAUDE clothing fits perfectly, it is important to take your measurements correctly. Here's how:

  • Chest: Measure the circumference at the widest point of your chest – ideally while standing upright with your arms hanging loosely at your sides.
  • Waist: Measure the circumference at the narrowest point of your waist – usually just above the belly button.
  • Hips: Measure around your hips at the widest point of your buttocks.
  • Inseam: Measure straight down from the top of your inner thigh (crotch) to your ankle.
