Flat pedal shoe with tread. Just the right choice for downhill oriented mountain bikers who expect good traction when they need to carry their bikes. The AM Moab is equipped with a classic lacing which, in combination with the Ortholite® insole, ensures an optimal fit. The insole features a harder PU foam at the midfoot for perfect power transfer to the pedal. A toe cap and heel cap protect from stones and other impacts. The EVA midsole has extra shock absorption at the heel for additional comfort and protection.The newly developed AM Flat sole takes you to a new level for "bike and hike" adventures. The hexagon tread pattern at the midfoot combined with a soft SUPtraction® flat rubber compound ensures perfect grip on the pedal to you can stay concentrated on the trail. In the toe and heel area, the sole has a deeper tread that provides the necessary traction when you need to carry or push your bike. The hexagon tread works like fish scales that wedge into the ground when walking for excellent traction whatever the ground surface.The lining materials contains 40 % recycled materials. The comfortable Ortholite® insert consists of eco-friendly Eco Plush PU foam and 50 % recycled polyester.

    Der Schuh gefällt mir außerordentlich gut. Es ist schon das 2. Mal, dass ich ihn mir gekauft habe, ich habe sehr lange darauf gewartet, dass er wieder ins Programm genommen wird. Das Design ist ungewöhnlich, das Pink in Kombination mit dem Schwarz passt sehr gut zu vielen meiner Outfits, mit einer schwarzen oder auch roten Jacke kommt es besonders gut zur Geltung, die gefärbten Schnürsenkel sind nun mal einfach ein Eyecatcher. Es ist ein fester Schuh in perfekter Passform, in den ich wunderbar meine Einlagen legen kann, der den Fuß gut unterstützt und sehr warm hält, so dass man ihn noch lange bis in die kalten Temperaturen hinein tragen kann. Besonders schätze ich auch die rutschfeste Sohle. Selbst ein Spaziergang im Regen macht dem Obermaterial nichts aus, nur durch Pfützen laufen sollte man damit nicht ;-). Ich benutze den Schuh gar nicht zum Fahrradfahren, aber er ist zu einem meiner wichtigsten Begleiter geworden. Das erste Paar ist kaputt gegangen, weil meine großen Zehen nach und nach das Obermaterial durchstoßen haben, da ich sie wirklich kontinuierlich trage. Das liegt aber vermutlich an meiner speziellen Gehweise und muss sicher nicht bei jedem passieren. Ich kann den Schuh nur empfehlen und habe ihn mir ja auch, wie gesagt, selbst wieder gekauft.

Backpack sizes

Some of the backpacks' product names include size information. The designation "M" stands for medium, i.e. a medium size. This medium size is universally suitable and is perfect for most users. "L" stands for Large, i.e. a large size, "XL" for Extra Large, an extra large size. If no specific size information appears in the product name, it is usually a standard size.

If you want to combine two sleeping bags, make sure you choose one with a zip on the right and one with a zip on the left. The choice of sleeping bag should also take into account the position of the tent entrance so that you can always get in and out comfortably.

How to measure correctly?

To ensure your VAUDE clothing fits perfectly, it is important to take your measurements correctly. Here's how:

  • Chest: Measure the circumference at the widest point of your chest – ideally while standing upright with your arms hanging loosely at your sides.
  • Waist: Measure the circumference at the narrowest point of your waist – usually just above the belly button.
  • Hips: Measure around your hips at the widest point of your buttocks.
  • Inseam: Measure straight down from the top of your inner thigh (crotch) to your ankle.
