You won't mind the rain when you've got the sustainable Skomer women's parka. The waterproof and windproof jacket offers reliable protection from wet and cold weather – whether in the mountains or a trip downtown. Thanks to the adjustable hood, width-adjustable sleeves and two-way zip with a placket at the back, rain and cold temperatures don't stand a chance of getting inside. If you start to work up a sweat, the breathable membrane will transport moisture outward for efficient temperature regulation. Also practical are the inner pocket and the two front pockets with waterproof zips where you can safely store your phone or wallet. For all its functionality, the Skomer women's parka also looks very stylish. It has a fitted design for a feminine silhouette while the waist drawstring adds even more adjustment options. The printed lining also gives the jacket a modern, urban look. The sustainable women's parka is made from 100% recycled polyester and has been treated with Eco Finish, without the use of fluorocarbons (PFC) to repel water and dirt. The VAUDE Green Shape label stands for environmentally-friendly, functional products made from sustainable and bluesign® certified materials.

Backpack sizes

Some of the backpacks' product names include size information. The designation "M" stands for medium, i.e. a medium size. This medium size is universally suitable and is perfect for most users. "L" stands for Large, i.e. a large size, "XL" for Extra Large, an extra large size. If no specific size information appears in the product name, it is usually a standard size.

If you want to combine two sleeping bags, make sure you choose one with a zip on the right and one with a zip on the left. The choice of sleeping bag should also take into account the position of the tent entrance so that you can always get in and out comfortably.

How to measure correctly?

To ensure your VAUDE clothing fits perfectly, it is important to take your measurements correctly. Here's how:

  • Chest: Measure the circumference at the widest point of your chest – ideally while standing upright with your arms hanging loosely at your sides.
  • Waist: Measure the circumference at the narrowest point of your waist – usually just above the belly button.
  • Hips: Measure around your hips at the widest point of your buttocks.
  • Inseam: Measure straight down from the top of your inner thigh (crotch) to your ankle.
