Are returns free of charge?


If you have purchased for an order value of more than 80 euros, returns are free of charge for you.

Please use the DHL or UPS return label enclosed in the package.

How long can I return ordered products?


You can return unworn items within 21 days after receipt of the goods. Some of our webshop orders are delivered by retail partners - you can see which partner you were delivered by on the return/delivery bill.

Once we receive your return, processing and refund can take up to 14 days.


How do I return an item?


Use the enclosed DHL or UPS returns label and be sure to include the original packaging and all labels with your return.
Please send your return to the retailer who supplied you. You can see which retailer has supplied you on the delivery and returns bill.

Return - step by step
1. Pack the article:
Fill out the return bill with reason and quantity and put it in the package with the items.

2. Return address:
Returns for orders over 80 euros are free of charge. Stick the enclosed DHL package label on the outside of the package. The return shipment will go directly to the correct recipient. If there is no return label included, send the return shipment with a parcel service of your choice to the retailer who supplied you. You will find the address on the return bill, the costs are to be borne by yourself.

3. Send the return shipment:

Stick the enclosed DHL or UPS return label on your package and hand in the order at an acceptance point of the corresponding shipping service provider.

Otherwise, use a parcel service provider of your choice for a fee. It is best to keep your receipt or the return receipt until we have confirmed receipt of your return by e-mail.

How will I be notified that you have received the return?


You will receive an email from us as soon as we have received your return.

Can I exchange the product?


An exchange is not possible. However, if you like the product but want it in a different color or size, you must place a new order in the online store. In the online store you can see immediately whether the product is still available in your desired color and size. Please return the product you do not want.

 

Refund


How do I get a refund?


As a rule, you will be refunded within 14 days of receiving your return. You can only receive a full refund if all products are absolutely intact and in perfect, unworn condition. If the merchandise is used, worn, washed or damaged there may be any deductions from the purchase amount or there is no obligation to take the merchandise back.

I did not receive a return label. What can I do now?


You have ordered for more than 80 euros in the VAUDE online store? Something seems to have gone wrong, please contact our Customer Service Team: +497542-5306-777 or per Email support@service.vaude.com.  If your order has not exceeded the value of 80 euros, please order a parcel service of your choice and send the package back to us.
