The waterproof version of our Rupal alpine backpack. The Rupal Proof 28 is made in the VAUDE manufactory in Tettnang from primarily recycled polyamide and is absolutely weatherproof. The pack has everything on board needed for year-round adventures in the mountains: a rope can be attached under the height-adjustable lid, and two ice tools or trekking poles can be attached on the outside. The hip wings can be detached for comfortable use with or without a climbing harness. The Synergy Mold suspension system will keep the load close to your back on demanding high-altitude and ski tours or via ferrata. A central aluminum brace combined with side compression straps provides stability while keeping the weight of the pack as low as possible. The ergonomic shoulder straps are also perfect for alpine use – they allow maximum freedom of movement for your arms, even in an overhead position.
