Our classic when it comes to rain protection. 2-layer rain pants with mesh lining can be put on quickly for effective protection from rain and grime. Leg width adjustable with Velcro closures. This product is made with eco-friendly, water repellent Eco Finish and is manufactured without the use of fluorocarbons (PFC). The VAUDE Green Shape label stands for environmentally-friendly, functional products made from sustainable materials.

Widersprüchliche Pflegehinweise – Hose nach seltener Nutzung unbrauchbarIch habe meine Regenhose ca. zwei Jahre lang selten genutzt (vielleicht viermal im Einsatz) und dann das erste Mal genau nach den offiziellen VAUDE-Empfehlungen gewaschen und imprägniert (Nikwax Tech Wash & TX-Direct Spray). Danach war sie nicht mehr wasserdicht und hat damit ihre Funktion verloren. Ich habe mich an den Kundenservice gewandt, aber nach einigem Hin und Her wurde mir gesagt, dass die Ursache das „zu späte Waschen“ sei. Das widerspricht allerdings den offiziellen Pflegehinweisen auf der VAUDE-Webseite, wo es heißt: • „Nicht waschen. Jedenfalls nicht unnötig oft.“ • „Häufigeres Waschen belastet die Umwelt, den Geldbeutel und tut dem Produkt nicht gut.“ • „So wenig wie möglich und so oft wie nötig waschen.“ Ich habe mich genau daran gehalten – und jetzt ist die Hose unbrauchbar. Wenn das „Nichtwaschen“ tatsächlich zu Schäden führt, sollte das klar und deutlich kommuniziert werden. Dass eine Hose nach seltener Nutzung und einer einzigen Wäsche nicht mehr funktioniert, ist für mich nicht nachhaltig und entspricht nicht dem Qualitätsanspruch, den VAUDE nach außen hin vermittelt.

danke für dein Feedback zu unserer Fluid II Regenhose.
Auch Funktionstextilien müssen regelmäßig gepflegt werden. Hier lautet unsere Empfehlung: " So wenig wie möglich und so oft wie nötig waschen."
Ein Nichtwaschen kann zu Schäden führen, da Funktionstextilien gepflegt und von Staub, Schweiß und menschlichen Hautpartikeln gereinigt werden müssen.
Je nach Schwitzverhalten und Grad der Verschmutzung ist ein Waschen und Neuimprägnieren der Jacke entsprechend öfter nötig.
