Rain protection made easy! The women's cycling rain trousers are lightweight, waterproof and windproof and can be stowed away in the pack sack provided. The leg cuffs and the can be adjusted tighter and wider; the legs are pre-shaped so that you can pedal better. In addition to the waterproof membrane with Eco Finish, the outer material of the women's cycling rain trousers is water-repellent and made without fluorocarbons (PFC).

    Was bedeutet "wasserdicht"?

     
    Hatte die Hose zum Radfahren (ganzjährig) gekauft, wasserdicht sollte sie sein. So steht's auch in der Produktbeschreibung. Nachdem dem ersten ernsthaften Einsatz (Schnee/Regen) musste ich feststellen, dass die Hose an einigen Stellen das Wasser durchlässt. Passform etc ist okay, aber sorry, eine Regenhose die nicht dicht hält, hilft nicht.

    Keine Pflegeanleitung am Produkt

     
    Leider gibt es weder eine eingenähte Pflegeanleitung - noch eine auf den diversen angehängten Etiketten! Ein QR-Code (den ich wegen der fehlenden Infos notgedrungen nutzte) führt auf eine sehr längliche Webseite mit tausend (meist Reparatur-)Tipps, aber ohne die versprochenen Pflegehinweise. Die Hose lässt sich klein zusammenpacken, aber der mitgelieferte Packbeutel ist nicht alltagstauglich, auch bei sorgsamster Zusammenfaltung der Hose ist er zu klein. Ich benutze deshalb einen selbstgenähten farbigen Beutel statt des schwarzen mitgelieferten Beutels. Das hat noch einen Vorteil: Ich finde die Hose in meinem Rucksack besser!

Backpack sizes

Some of the backpacks' product names include size information. The designation "M" stands for medium, i.e. a medium size. This medium size is universally suitable and is perfect for most users. "L" stands for Large, i.e. a large size, "XL" for Extra Large, an extra large size. If no specific size information appears in the product name, it is usually a standard size.

How to measure correctly?

To ensure your VAUDE clothing fits perfectly, it is important to take your measurements correctly. Here's how:

  • Chest: Measure the circumference at the widest point of your chest – ideally while standing upright with your arms hanging loosely at your sides.
  • Waist: Measure the circumference at the narrowest point of your waist – usually just above the belly button.
  • Hips: Measure around your hips at the widest point of your buttocks.
  • Inseam: Measure straight down from the top of your inner thigh (crotch) to your ankle.
