How do I replace the corners of the VAUDE Trolley Takutea?
Take a turn too quickly and the Takutea Trolley will bump into one of its corners. This works well for years. But if a corner does break, it's easy to replace. We show you exactly how with these instructions.
Tools required:
PH2 screwdriver, 4 millimeter Allen key, size 7 open-end wrench (alternatively ratchet with socket)
Difficulty: Easy
Duration: 15 minutes per corner

Open the zipper of the inner lining to access the screws on the inside of the corners.

There is a metal reinforcement inside. Unscrew the middle screw with the screwdriver.
Fix the nuts on the inside of the two outer screws with the open-end wrench and loosen the screws on the outside with the Allen key.

Replace the old corner with the new one.
Make sure that the holes for the screws are at the bottom and that the holder for the fabric lip is at the top, as shown in the photo.
Screw
with the internal reinforcement tight again as in step 2 (0.75 Nm).

Make sure that the screws are fully screwed in and that the head does not protrude on the outside.
