The seamless sock-like construction (50% recycled material) ensures a high degree of comfort and an optimal fit throughout the entire shaft. The durable leather upper provides a perfect fit and firm support. This high quality Terracare® leather comes from Germany and is manufactured in accordance with the most stringent environmental standards. Thanks to the environmentally friendly Sympatex® membrane (made from 100% recycled materials and completely PFC-free), this mid-cut trekking boot is absolutely waterproof and breathable. The stiff, high traction outsole (V-Flow 6) provides sure footing and reliable support on unsecured, rough terrain even when carrying heavy loads.

The V-Flow Index shows you the stability of the shaft in combination with the midsole and outsole. V-Flow 6 are our trekking shoes for long hikes in the back-country, difficult trails or even walking across scree with heavy gear. They offer a perfect fit, optimal protection and stability and for extended hiking.

Sympatex® Performance Membrane

The Sympatex® membrane is environmentally friendly, 100% waterproof (>45,000 mm water column), 100% windproof and at the same time optimally breathable. It is bluesign® certified and consists of 100% recyclable, skin-friendly and health-hazardous polyether ester. It is 100% PTFE-free and is manufactured in Europe. Biobased plastic

Innovative material produced from up to 50 % regrowing raw materials, which stands out due to its high wear resistance and lightness, and preserves fossil resources. This material is currently only available with constituents from GMO cultivation. For a brief transitional period we are therefore making an exception to our Green Shape exclusion criteria.

Recycled materials

VAUDE uses recycled materials (e.g. from PET-bottles) in the manufacture of this product. This saves up to 50% in energy and CO2 emissions as well as fossil raw materials. Find out more about recycled materials.

Eco Finish – environmentally friendly water and stain resistant finish

This water and stain resistant finish is applied to the outer fabric of your product so that water pearls up and runs right off – without the use of environmentally harmful fluorocarbons (PFCs). This protects you from the rain and keeps the planet clean. Regular reapplication is necessary for permanent waterproofing and stain resistance.
