Lightweight but warm - the Men’s Shuksan Insulation Jacket II combines a low weight with excellent insulation properties. The innovative synthetic Primaloft® fiber fill with CrossCore technology features better thermal performance than other synthetic insulation with the same fill weight. An integrated balaclava can be stored in the collar and offers protection from biting winds, while the adjustable waist can be closed tightly to keep out the cold for a balanced body temperature. The cut was optimized for high motion sports and perfect performance in the mountains. This winter jacket is water resistant thanks to eco-friendly, PFC-free Eco Finish. The VAUDE Green Shape label stands for environmentally friendly, functional products made from sustainable materials.

Primaloft Gold Insulation

PrimaLoft® Gold Insulation is the ultimate microfiber insulation. Ultra fine fibers are specially treated in a patented process and then combined into an insulating core that is incredibly soft, lightweight and water resistant. PrimaLoft One absorbs three times less water, is 14% warmer when dry and is 24% warmer when wet than the competitive insulation.

Water repellent finish Eco Finish

This product features our water repellent Eco Finish. Applied to the surface of your VAUDE product, it causes rainwater to simply bead up on the surface – without the use of environmentally-harmful fluorocarbons (PFC).
