The Serles is a prominent mountain peak (2,718 m) at the entrance to the Stubai Valley in Tyrol. The imposing rock pyramid is a worthwhile summit destination with an impressive view and, in addition to the normal route, also offers challenging alpine routes in all seasons – whether in summer for climbing or in winter for ski touring. A peak for 365 days a year and the mountain namesake for the new all-round backpack from VAUDE.

The Serles backpack is an all-purpose weapon for alpinists’ intent on tackling the peak of the same name. It comes in two versions: one holds 22 liters and features a zip; the Serles 32 is a classic single-buckle with height-adjustable lid. If you want to reach the summit easily, hassle-free, and quickly, the Serles backpack is your perfect companion.

Light weight and versatility are also key features in the larger Serles 32 model. Thanks to variable lid height and good compressibility, the backpack is perfect for both short, fast mountain tours and multi-pitch tours. Like other VAUDE packs, the large lid compartment offers enough space for essentials. In addition to the back padding, two removable aluminum stays provide stability and carrying comfort. At a light weight of just 900 g, the Serles boasts extensive features like a holder for a helmet, rope, ice tools, and skis. All in all, it's a pack for any occasion.

Climate neutral production

The VAUDE Green Shape label stands for environmentally friendly, functional products made from sustainable, bluesign^®-certified materials. 90% of the VAUDE Collection is certified by the government textile seal Grüner Knopf (Green Button). In 2022, the VAUDE company and all its products became completely climate neutral. The emissions arising from materials, manufacturing, and shipping are analyzed and systematically reduced.
