VAUDE has long since decided to take a stand for the planet – when it comes to protecting the environment, the company doesn't see any alternative. This is why the Upper Swabian company does everything in its power to reduce resource consumption and primarily uses recycled or renewable raw materials for its products. According to its own ambitious "Brand Material Goals", 90% of its products will be made primarily from such sustainable materials by 2024. The company focuses on new, innovative processes and environmentally friendly material developments.
Neyland Padded Jacket – completely recycled
This winter jacket was produced with maximum climate friendliness: For the recycled polyamide main material, pyrolysis oil is obtained from end-of-life tires in a thermo-chemical process, which is fed into conventional polyamide production. This reduces CO2 emissions by up to 60%. The inner lining is also made from recycled polyamide, and PrimaLoft® insulation made from recycled PET bottles ensures exceptional insulation.
The Neyland Padded Jacket is a cool all-rounder for autumn and winter. With its casual, contemporary design, it’s perfect for a day in the city or a weekend in the mountains. Thanks to the Ceplex membrane, it’s breathable, windproof and waterproof as well so it can stand up to rain or snow. The abrasion-resistant ripstop and casual cut ensure cool good look. The hood with a high collar offers reliable protection from wind and cold temperatures, the cuffs can be closed tightly or left open, depending on the weather. There’s room for a hat or valuables in the two lined zip pockets and there’s also an inner pocket. You can adjust the bottom hem from inside the pockets.

Climate neutral production
The VAUDE Green Shape label stands for environmentally friendly, functional products made from sustainable, bluesign®-certified materials. 90% of the VAUDE Collection is certified by the government textile seal Grüner Knopf (Green Button). In 2022, the VAUDE company and all its products became completely climate neutral. The emissions arising from materials, manufacturing, and shipping are analyzed and systematically reduced.
