Reinforcements at the seat, shoulders, elbows and forearms were designed with sledding parties and backpacks in mind. It's outfitted with reflective elements and the lower hem has a drawcord that can be adjusted from inside the pockets. The cuffs can also be fully adjusted with velcro. The hood has a bill at the front for good visibility even in the rain. Side stretch inserts instead of a drawcord on the hood ensure a perfect fit, as does the velcro adjustment at the back. Spacious pockets were designed to keep the rain out, just like the front zip – because we know how kids like to slide down the hill on their stomachs! Perfect on its own as a rain jacket in summer, pair it with a fleece in winter for an insulating layer to make it a year round jacket.
